This week has been okay. I lost a few pounds. I now weigh 196. I have eat healthy for the most part. I had salads for lunch and rice and vegetables for supper. I only ate out once this week. I have been using the Sparkpeople app to log my food.
I have not exercised but one day this week.
My house has been a wreck this week. I haven't had much energy. I think it has to do with me pmsing. I plan to rest a little bit then tackle my house work today.
I haven't added any more eco-friendly products.

Weekly update
This week has been a horrible week. I stepped on the scale and I now weigh 200.6. I'm very disappointed but not really surprised. I had eat out multiple times this week. I also drank sodas. My house is a disaster. I have no money in my bank account.
The only thing interesting I did this week is made a fertility bracelet. It has jade and moonstone beads and a elephant as a symbol of fertility. I am going to wear it all the time to try to help me to stay focused on my goals.

Weekly update
I am going to try to start doing a weekly update. I weighed today and I am at 199.8 pounds. This is very disappointing. I guess I can't really complain because I haven't been exercising and I have been eating out. I eat out 3 times this week. I won't be eating out for the next two weeks though. I didn't make enough money to cover anything but my bills. This should give you an idea of my finances. I have been getting a lot of headaches so I haven't been working much. I also haven't kept my house clean.

Some little wins
The Good
Well I am very pleased to announce I have lowered the dose on one of my medicines. My house is staying clean. I am no longer scrambling to clean before people come over. I only eat out once this week. I bought a single mom's by choice book and started reading it.
The Bad
I am up to 198 pounds and I have been eating junk food. I also have been eating a vegetarian diet instead of vegan.

September Financial Update
Today is October 1st so I thought I would let you know how my budgeting went for September. I went over in every spending category. I made 1255.01 and spent 1621.56. This means I put 366.55 on my credit cards. My highest spending category was food. This is probably due to my fast food addiction. I am going to try harder to avoid eating out. I am going to allow myself one fast food visit per week for the month of October.
